MMA Annual Convention

Please join us for the MMA Annual Convention on June 15-17, 2022 at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa in Point Clear, Alabama.

REGISTRATION

Fee covers registration for one MMA member. Includes general sessions, Wednesday and Thursday receptions, and Thursday and Friday breakfast buffets. 

Registration Fee: $450 per person
Spouse: $150 per spouse
Child: $50 per child ages 3-17 (ages 2 and under are free) — Includes breakfast buffets, reception food

Last day to preregister is Tuesday, June 7, 2022. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after this date. Registrations will be accepted after June 7, but name may not appear on the list of attendees.

EXHIBIT*

With a large variety of MMA's influential and active membership expected to participate in the convention, becoming an exhibitor is an ideal way for companies to display their products and services to this targeted audience.

Each exhibit booth measures 8 feet x 8 feet. Booth space includes a display table, garbage can, and one chair. It also includes one convention registration. Additional employees from a vendor company must pay the registration fee. 

MMA Member Vendor: $1,000 (includes one registration)
Nonmember Vendor: NOT AVAILABLE 
Registration Fee: $450 per additional person from same company
Spouse: $150 per spouse
Child: $50 per child ages 3-17; ages 2 and under are free — Includes breakfast buffets, reception food.

DONATE A DOOR PRIZE

Door prizes from MMA member companies are always well-received by convention attendees. Make sure your company’s gift is included this year! 

If you would like to donate a door prize, please let us know! We will list your company name and prize in the MMA mobile app and announce it during convention events. To be listed in the MMA mobile app, please notify Morgan Stokes at morgan@mma-web.org by Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

Please ship your door prizes to MMA, Attn: Morgan Stokes, 720 N President St., Jackson, MS 39202, to arrive at the MMA office by Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Cash contributions are also appreciated and will be used to purchase special gifts. These contributions should be sent by Tuesday, May 17, 2022 to: MMA, Attn: Morgan Stokes, P.O.
